The sport track has been created to mark the 50th anniversary of the Panathlon Club of Lausanne. Open to everyone, this path is also an invitation to discover Vidy and Lausanne, the Olympic Capital. Its 22 stations, symbolized by the dates of the Olympic games, offer an illustrated panorama of various sport disciplines, some of which are practised in the area of Vidy.

Thanks to the markings on the ground, painted in the colours of the five Olympic rings (colours also adopted by Panathlon International), it is easy to proceed from one station to the other. Every station recalls some great moments, both Swiss and international, that happened during the history of the modern Olympic games.

All these evocations are so much homage paid to Swiss athletes and to the sport in all its universality. They also invite the stroller to partake in the ethic value of Panathlon.
